Prestige Spa Parties is a luxury spa hiring company, ran by Shaun Bennett, based in Wrexham, North Wales. They provide high-quality and high-performance luxury inflatable hot tubs for any occasion or even just for a few days of relaxation; they also allow the purchase of a variety of hot tubs and swim spas, as well as after care. Having such a luxury business required a luxurious website design to match, and after hearing about DM Media Solutions by word of mouth, they were able to achieve that goal.
Shaun informed us during the consultation, which happened via email/WhatsApp and phone call, about his current website and what his concerns were. His previous website design was unfinished and very static and only showed information about the products. Shaun was unable to have much flexibility over the way customers could book and over upsells/cross-sells. This was a specific requirement for the new website design, as well as allowing customers to choose from available dates.
The website was also missing Google Analytics, meaning our client was unable to monitor his traffic and marketing efforts. Our client then explained to us about how they were using a company who was charging a high monthly fee for maintenance and which locked him into using their system for the bookings, which he wanted to avoid this time around.
We decided to redesign the website from scratch using WordPress and Woocommerce, in order to provide the flexible and customisable booking system that our client required. We wanted to make the redesign professional and luxurious but also affordable and simple. We included the brand colours into the website in a subtle way as well as photos of both the spas, warehouse and offices, which we took ourselves during a visit to the installation. We ensured that the website ran efficiently and was easy to navigate around, so the customer could have an optimal experience with each visit; such as including a personalised footer which has quick links and important contact information.
Since the redesign of the website, the sales have dramatically increased; so much so that Shaun’s spas are being booked five months in advance! The website has had a lot more traffic and the business is on page 1 of Google for ‘spa hiring wrexham’. Shaun stated that he loved the new website and the feel of it; we are currently still working with him sporadically when he wants any new features added to his website or if he requires maintenance.
