Spacare UK has been a well-established hot tub supplier for over 8 years, and in that time they have grown their company size and increased their sales. However, at our first contact with Spacare they were struggling to make their online business successful which is where DM Media Solutions came in. When Spacare first got in touch with us, they explained that their online sales weren’t high enough and they were looking to change that. There was one main reason for this, they had an old outdated website that had been there for a while, however, they didn’t have a new, up-to-date website. Their old website wasn’t terribly appealing or enticing to customers which meant that it didn’t look very attractive, and this was damaging for their online sales.

While the old website wasn’t quite where it need to be, the good news was that they already had an extensive range of hot tubs. This meant that they already had great, high-standard products, they simply needed to showcase them in their best light. So we began creating a website for Spacare that would help them show their products in an attractive way and help them get more sales through their website. When it came to website content, they already had brand colours that they were using for their old website so we opted to keep the same coloured theme. The colour scheme they had was blue-white-black and these colours went well together as they are refreshing yet they still have a professional look to them. 


A little different from other websites, Spacare UK didn’t need to have an option to sell their products on their website. The reason for this is that SpacareUk are suppliers for their resellers and this particular website was created for the ‘reselling’ side of the business. We also helped them create simple yet attractive sections where product descriptions could be written, that way companies who potentially wanted to buy could easily view the benefits of each product. In addition to this, we added a woo-commerce site in catalogue mode. This meant that Spacare could easily add and modify products or product descriptions if needed without wasting time going back and forth making changes.

It was really important that the reseller section wasn’t overwhelming because otherwise, this could be too much for potential clients, so to avoid this we made use of imagery and divided everything into easy-to-follow sections to make the viewing experience more effortless. While working with Spacare UK their hot tubs have gone on to win awards such as ‘WhatSpa Approved in 2021’ and ‘Uk Pool and Spa awards Gold Standard Energy Efficient in 2020’.
