Lincolnshire Hot Tub Hire and Sales is a hot tub business that started from an idea over the kitchen table and has kept growing since. From our first conversation, it was clear they knew what they wanted: great hot tubs backed by good customer service.

The brief

The site needed to market the products well and be easy to use, giving customers a professional view of the company and a clear sense of what it offered. It also needed proper support for payment plans.

What we did

• Designed a blue, white and black theme with a strong blue hero image on the homepage
• Built a deposit system with a dedicated payment plans page
• Automated follow-up emails and alerts for payment plans
• Wrote detailed descriptions for every product, highlighting the benefits
• Set up the back end and handled the remaining tasks before launch

The result

Lincolnshire Hot Tub now has a professional site that sells their range and takes deposits, with a review section that shows customer feedback. The automation saves the owners time, and we still look after key parts of their website and online business.
