Who we help
Most of the people who contact us run a small business, a charity or a local service. Their website was built a few years ago, the person who built it has moved on, and now something has gone wrong. You do not need to know the technical words. Describe what you can see, send us the web address, and we will work out the rest.
How it works
- 1Message us. WhatsApp is quickest. Send your web address and a short description or a screenshot.
- 2We take a look. We check the site from the outside first, so you do not need to hand over passwords straight away.
- 3You get a straight answer. We tell you what we think is wrong, what it will take to fix and a fixed price. No work starts until you say yes.
- 4We fix it. Then, if you want, we can host the site and keep it updated so it does not happen again.
Stopping it happening again
Most website emergencies come from the same few causes: updates that were never done, hosting nobody was watching, or a domain renewal that went to an old email address. Our care plans cover updates, backups and monitoring. If you would rather start fresh, we also build new websites with a fixed quote, and most go live in 2 to 6 weeks.
Questions we get asked
Do you only help with sites you built?
No. Most of the sites we fix were built by someone else. WordPress sites are the most common, but tell us what yours runs on and we will say honestly whether we can help.
How quickly can you look at it?
We reply within one working day, usually much sooner. If your site is down or hacked, say so in your first message and we will prioritise it.
Do I have to sign up to anything?
No. Fixing the problem is a one-off job with a fixed price. Hosting and care plans are optional.
